Shipping / Returns

Shipping:

Preying Man Outfitters™ utilizes USPS to ship all orders.  Our goal is to ship all orders in 2 - 4 business days from order.  If an order falls on a weekend or a national holiday, we will process your order the next business day.  Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification.  

Returns:

Inevitably returns will happen.  If you receive a piece that's the wrong size or perhaps you realize you look better in green rather than brown, we'd be happy to replace it.

• Returns must be initiated withing 30 days of purchase.
• Product must be unworn, unwashed and with all tags / stickers in tact.
• Product received as returned that do not meet these conditions will be returned to the purchaser.
• Errors on our part will be rectified and items will be replaced at no charge.
• Refunded items will be credited to the original form of purchase.
• Customer pays shipping charges to return product to us and we'll pay to ship replacements back to you.
• Items returned to us should be accompanied by tracking information to ensure delivery and protect against damage.

** Preying Man Outfitters™ is not responsible for misplaced packages.  Make sure you choose a delivery method that supports a tracking number.
